What if you got up earlier?

What if you got up earlier?  Is it possible?

Sure it is.

What would you do with that time?

Meditate
Write
Plan for your day
Pray
Review your goals
Give thanks
Watch the sun rise
Feel the cool morning air
Plan a vacation
Build a business
Practice guitar
Look for a new job
Freelance
Get ahead on a work project

What if you took 30 minutes or even 60 minutes in the morning?  Think about what you could accomplish.  I’m talking about time alone when everyone else is sleeping.  Doesn’t that sound good?  What else do you have to do?  Sleep?  I like sleep.

Don’t trade your sleep.  Look at what you do before you go to bed at night.  Can you trade that time?  What is more important during the pre-slumber time than what you want to do in the morning?

Can you be asleep at 10pm and wake up at 5am?  That’s 7 hours of sleep.  That’s good.  You need at least 7 hours of sleep.  Look at that, we found the sleep and the early morning time.  Adjust those times to fit your schedule.  Is 11pm-6am better?  What about midnight to 7am?

What else would you intentionally do if you had more time in the morning?
